Bright ruby red with violet hues in the early stage, turning to garnet with age. The taste is dry, evenly structured, slightly tannic and soft. On whole, balanced.

Cherry rose, bright with pleasant violet nuances. Intensely fruity, notes of “cerasa” and strawberry combining with almond and mulberry. Balanced, fresh, sapid and fragrant.

Vibrant red with purple reflections. Intense lingering fragrance with hints of ripe red fruits such as currants and cherries. A soft and balanced taste.

Pasta with tomato and meat sauce, white meats and grilled red meats as the typical "Florentine steak", great with casserole meat. Serve @ 18-20°C
